What are some things that I could do at Gatwick Airport?

I am going on holiday to Cyprus next week, and am flying out of London Gatwick airport South Terminal. I should be in there for around 2 hours, what are some things I could do to entertain myself while I wait.

   All the new adverts for Gatwick are praising all the great shopping they have in the airport. (I’m not sure how great it really is, but thats what they say!) Here is some info about the South Terminal:
